The blond is back, y'all.

Miranda Lambert has gone the way of the bombshell by dyeing her short bob a bright platinum blond.

The "Mama's Broken Heart" singer introduced the new hue to her 1.6 million Instagram followers on Thursday with a sultry, come-hither stare, making it clear that she's doing just fine after her surprising split from "The Voice" mentor Blake Shelton last month. And even though she didn't say that outright, the gossips made a point of mentioning it thanks to her survivor-style caption.

"'What doesn't kill you only makes you blonder' Thanks @leewright_hairstylist and @stylehousesalon for the new do! #platinum #blondeshavemorefun," the country star wrote, appropriating the chorus from her "Platinum" album's titular track.

The 31-year-old Grammy Award winner released her fifth studio album last June. The chart-topper usually sports a brownish blond, but her colorist Lee Wright said that he went heavy over her highlights and upped her base color a bit to achieve the new hue, according to Us Weekly.

"She had been going with a darker blonde the last six months or so, closer to her natural color," Wright, the owner of Nashville's Style House Salon, told People. "She sat down in the chair yesterday and we both said, 'Let's go really blonde again.' She loved it — I spun her around, like, 'You're back!'"
