Yoo hoo, Lindsay: Look what mom’s up to now. Dina Lohan will star in her own reality show on E! this summer, the network has officially (and finally) confirmed.

Dina’s show also has a name (“Living Lohan”) and she’ll share this latest stage with daughter, Ali, 14.

This “unscripted” show begins shooting in the Lohans’ hometown of Merrick, N.Y., in about two weeks. The show will also be shot in Las Vegas, where Dina, Ali and other members of the Lohan clan (not Lindsay) will relocate to begin production on a possible album for Maloof Productions, one of the show’s backers. No specific airdate yet.

Now, before we all click our tongues in disapproval, let’s hear what “Real World” co-creator Jonathan Murray and the man behind “Living” has to say. “I think Dina’s a somewhat remarkable woman (who) got married at a young age, raised four kids and her marriage came apart,” he says. “She’s sort of like in this period where she’s coming into her own -- the divorce is being put behind her and she’s sort of figuring out the next part of her life.”

And Ali’s. According to E!’s show description, “E!’s cameras will follow the single mom every step of the way as she manages Lindsay’s hectic schedule, while helping Ali jump-start her music and acting career.”

Ali is already something of a seasoned pro. She may appear in “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” (www.imdb.com says only that a possible role is rumored), and released her first album in 2006 (“Lohan Holiday”).

The series will also feature Dina keeping track of her son Cody, 11, whose sports teams, homework and energy are enough to keep any mom busy, as well as her older son, college student Michael, 20.

And no, don’t hold your breath for a Lindsay cameo. Says Murray, “There is no agreement about Lindsay showing up.”
