California Chrome won the Kentucky Derby on Saturday, but at an event known for its hats as well as its horses, the chapeau worn by NBC commentator Johnny Weir should have taken a prize too. The feather concoction featured a golden-winged Pegasus flying over Weir’s forehead. [The Cut]
