Jockey ‘Anchorman 2’-branded briefs include ‘Sex Panther Red’

Retro Skivvies for “Anchorman 2”: Jockey International Inc. released a line of retro underwear inspired by Paramount Pictures’ upcoming comedy “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues,” our Business section colleague Daniel Miller writes in Thursday’s paper. According to Miller, the underpants, which will retail for $18, will be available in “Sex Panther Red” and “Beard of Zeus Blue” and sold both online and in stores. The movie hits theaters Dec. 20. Grooming Mr. Porter: Luxury men’s e-tailer Mr. Porter, already a go-to destination for the cream of the clothing crop, is getting into another kind of cream -- pomades, balms and Dopp kits too -- with the recent announcement that it would be stocking men’s grooming products and tools. A few of the brands currently on offer include Malin + Goetz shampoos, Aesop facial hydrating creams, Le Labo lotions, Perricone MD moisturizers and a range of offerings from local label Baxter of California. Launching Pret-a-Reporter: The Hollywood Reporter, which has been noticeably ramping up its fashion quotient for awhile, took things a step further with Wednesday’s launch of a dedicated style and beauty website called Pret-a-Reporter.
