The fashion industry seems to fall in love again and again with the styles of the 1960s and 1970s, which have popped up once or twice a decade in some form — whether it's “Mad Men”-inspired or boho-chic — especially in more recent years. And who could blame designers? Those vintage styles — the flared pants, choker necklaces, tie-dye tops, fringe bags and platform shoes — made a statement then and continue to now. Inspired by the sounds and personal style of icons like Stevie Nicks, Joni Mitchell, David Bowie and Grace Jones, here's a fresh take on several fashion themes from decades past.
