Floating Effortlessly

Share

Vallery Cifuentes spends her off days discovering and exploring new spots, usually camping beneath the gaze of forest or waterfall, but this trip was different. It took her to Laguna Beach to explore sea caves and drift calmly in the concrete saltwater pools.

The day way uncertain as the tide was high on September 14, making the sea caves challenging to navigate, but the out of crashing waters filled the pools to ease the soul and float freely, soaking in the warm coastal breeze. This photograph was made with and iPhone 5S.

Cifuentes’ next journey will take her to the majestic peaks of the southern Sequoias.
