Who’s your Papa?

Of the dozens of bars across the globe that can probably claim legendary writer and imbiber Ernest Hemingway as a former regular, Sloppy Joe’s in Key West, Fla., surely boasts the most entertaining way to honor the writer’s memory. Earlier this month, the bar hosted its 27th annual Hemingway look-alike contest. It attracted more than 100 Papa wannabes to the bar (now across the street from the original location) where Hemingway met his third wife and tossed ‘em back with John Dos Passos and bar founder Joe Russell.
