Mystère

Share

Cirque du Soleil’s longest-running Las Vegas show is getting the “ZED” treatment. Several artistic elements from Cirque’s Tokyo production of “ZED” — forced to close following the 2011 Japan earthquake — will be incorporated into “Mystère,” which is still going strong 18 years after its debut. The Japan production’s stunning trapeze act — performed by a troupe of Mexican flyers famed for amazing triple somersaults — will replace “Mystère’s” high bar finale. Also from “ZED” will be a solo aerial act and a revamped Chinese poles act.
