North Carolina: An article in the Sept. 2 Section A about the increasing importance of the Latino vote in North Carolina said that Charlotte, site of the Democratic National Convention, is the state’s capital. The capital is Raleigh.
Oregon road trip: In the Aug. 26 Travel section, an article about a drive along Oregon’s Highway 126 mentions traveling west from Eugene and seeing views of the Cascade Range. It was the Coast Range.
Michelle Obama: An article in the Sept. 4 Section A about Michelle Obama misidentified a television show that has frequently interviewed her. The show is “Access Hollywood,” not “Access Hollywood Live,” an affiliated live morning show that also aired the interviews.
FYF Fest: In the Sept. 3 Calendar section, a review of last weekend’s FYF Fest described the band Future Islands as being from Chicago. They are from Baltimore.
