Arson investigators at the scene where two 15-year-old boys were found dead at an apartment complex fire Thursday in the Crenshaw area. The fire was reported at 3:13 a.m. in the 4000 block of Ursula Avenue, a Los Angeles Fire Department dispatch supervisor said.
