Accusations of fraud
In the lawsuit, the city says it has been defrauded by developer Advanced Development and Investment on 15 apartment buildings constructed around L.A. using city funds:

•Main Street Vistas, 5950 S. Main St., Los Angeles, 90003 (South Los Angeles)
•Figueroa Place, 1326 Sunset Blvd., LA 90026 (Echo Park)
•Vermont City Lights, 1011 W. 42nd St., LA 90037 (South Los Angeles)
•Harbor City Lights, 523-527 W. 127th St., LA 90044 (Harbor Gateway)
•Magnolia City Lights, 2885 Leeward Ave. LA 90005 (Westlake)
•Ardmore City Lights, 737-749 S Ardmore Ave., LA 90005 (Koreatown)
