Earthquake: 3.2 quake strikes near Marina del Rey
A shallow magnitude 3.2 earthquake was reported Friday evening one mile from Marina del Rey, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 7:52 p.m. Pacific time at a depth of 7.5 miles.
According to the USGS, the epicenter was 2 miles from El Segundo and 3 miles from Inglewood.
In the last 10 days, there have been no earthquakes magnitude 3.0 and greater centered nearby.
