On the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, a New York-based foundation presented the keys of a specially modified home to Marine Cpl. Juan Dominguez and his wife, Alexis. Dominguez, 28, lost both legs and his right arm on October 2010 when a roadside bomb exploded while he was on walking patrol in the Sangin district of Afghanistan’s Helmand province, long a Taliban stronghold.
