For two nights running, Democratic partisans got to have their cake and then ate it too — their national convention highlighted by ringing speeches from First Lady Michelle Obama and former President Bill Clinton.
How much pressure does that put on President Obama, as he closes out the Democratic National Convention Thursday night by accepting his party’s nomination and explaining to a national television audience why he deserves four more years?
