The Clippers said forward Blake Griffin probably will play Monday night against the Portland Trail Blazers after he missed Saturday night’s game with a sore right knee.
However, team officials said guard Austin Rivers, who suffered a mild concussion against New Orleans at Staples Center on Saturday, is out for the Portland game.
The Clippers said Rivers, who in the NBA’s concussion protocol, has shown improvement after the injury.
The Clippers also said that guard Raymond Felton, who missed the last two games attending his grandmother’s funeral, is expected back in time for Monday’s game at Staples Center.
