AT THE PLATE: Adrian Gonzalez homered for the third consecutive game, sending a second-inning offering from rookie Jacob deGrom into the second deck behind the right-field wall. The Dodgers increased their lead to 3-0 in the sixth inning, when Yasiel Puig and Hanley Ramirez added solo home runs. Puig’s home run was his sixth in his last 11 games and Ramirez’s his second in the last three. The Dodgers added an insurance run in the eighth inning when hesitation on the part of reliever Jeurys Familia cost the Mets an inning-ending double play.

Ryu departed with a 3-2 lead and won for the fourth time this season. Kenley Jansen gave up a run in the ninth inning but earned his 13th save.

ROSTER MOVES: Ryu was activated, third baseman Juan Uribe was placed on the disabled list, infielder Erisbel Arruebarrena was called up from double-A Chattanooga (Tenn.) and right-hander Chris Withrow was optioned to triple-A Albuquerque.
