Update: The Galaxy fell, 2-1, to FC Dallas in the U.S. Open Cup semifinals on Wednesday, but L.A. hasn’t lost in eight straight MLS contests. It’s expected that Giovani dos Santos, who sat out two games because of a chest injury before subbing in Wednesday’s game, will start Saturday. Dos Santos is tied with Robbie Keane with a team-high seven goals this season. Galaxy Coach Bruce Arena said he’s unsure whether Keane, who was on the ground for several minutes with blood flowing from his face after a collision in Sunday’s game against the New York Red Bulls, will start against Colorado. Galaxy midfielder Jeff Larentowicz will serve a one-game suspension for a foul he committed against the Red Bulls on Sunday.
