Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting on Oct. 13, but the second-year pro didn’t seem to take the whole experience seriously.

Randle was charged with a Class B misdemeanor for allegedly stealing underwear and a sample bottle of cologne with a retail value of $123.50 at a Dillard’s in Frisco, Texas.

“If I give you $100, can you give me a massage?” Randle asked a female jail employee.

He also joked about his mug shot.

“Take a good picture,” Randle said. “I’m not about to look like I’m a criminal in this mug shot. How’s my mug shot look?”

It seems the only thing that concerned the 22-year-old out of Oklahoma State was whether his arrest would be made public.

“Hey, is this gonna be on the news, you think?” Randle asked.

Randle sounded much more somber and apologetic two days later after speaking with Cowboys Coach Jason Garrett and getting fined one game check by the team.

“It’s the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my life,” Randle said. “I’ve never gotten in any kind of trouble in my whole life. This is just something I’ll have to learn from and move forward.”
