Prep star Jabrill Peppers announces his college choice, rap style

Share

You’ve seen it many times. A high school sports star announcing his college choice on ESPN. It usually involves sitting at a table, with caps representing three colleges in front of him. With friends and family watching, the prep star reaches for a cap, starts to put it on and then quickly puts it back and picks up the cap of his real choice. All the while, the friends and family are laughing and hollering.

But Jabrill Peppers raised the bar on Sunday. The Paramus (N.J.) Catholic High football star decided to announced his choice a different way: via rap.

So Michigan will get a football player and a budding rap star next season.

You can watch the rap in the video above.
