Update: The Trojans, losers of nine consecutive games, will try to finish their home schedule on a high note. USC is coming off a 76-66 loss Thursday to Oregon State, a game in which the Trojans trailed by 23 points at halftime. It was USC’s 14th loss in its last 15 games under first-year Coach Andy Enfield. Junior guard Byron Wesley returned from a two-game suspension for violating team rules and scored only nine points, nearly nine fewer than his team-leading season average. The Trojans lost to Oregon, 78-66, on Feb. 1 at Eugene, Ore., their seventh consecutive defeat by the Ducks. Oregon outlasted UCLA in an 87-83 double-overtime victory Thursday. Junior guard Joseph Young scored 26 points against the Bruins and is averaging a team-best 18.9 points a game. Senior forward Mike Moser had 20 rebounds against UCLA, the most by an Oregon player in 37 years.
