USC will go into Saturday’s game at Oregon as something the Trojans have not been for several weeks -- a ranked team.
The Trojans were No. 24 in the College Football Ranking released Tuesday night. Oregon is No. 23.
USC has won four games in a row, including last week’s 27-24 victory at Colorado.
The win streak propelled the Trojans to No. 22 in the Associated Press media poll and No. 24 in the coaches’ poll.
USC has not played Oregon since 2012.
In 2011, the Trojans defeated the No. 4 Ducks at Autzen Stadium, 38-35, ending Oregon’s 21-game home winning streak
