2006 Pazo de Señoráns Albariño Rías Baixas

Share

From Celtic Galicia in the northwest corner of Spain comes this consistently beautiful Albariño. Bone-dry and minerally, the 2006 Pazo de Señoráns is crisp, yet delicate. Owner-winemaker Marisol Bueno favors stainless steel over wood and ages her Albariño on its lees.

This wonderfully subtle wine is great with seafood, particularly lobster and other crustaceans, steamed mussels and clams, and crudo.
