Here’s something Instagram fans likely already know: Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas gets more love on the site than any other ship.
Other Instagram findings:
--Among locales, the Caribbean, with British Virgin Islands and Havana the most popular, took the top spot. The Bahamas and Nassau came in second, followed by Florida and Miami.
--Cruise passengers spend an average of 4.38 hours at their ports of call.
--Seafood and desserts are the most Instagrammed cruise foods; cocktails the most popular drinks to post.
In the Feb. 1 statement, SeaHub says it looked for #cruise on Instagram and found more than 1.8 million posts. The posts were grouped by keywords or cruise lines. Rankings were determined by how frequently the terms appeared.
