Three restaurants in Florida have garnered AAA’s five-diamond rating. Those are Palme d’Or in the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Salt at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island in Fernandina Beach and Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
