Tour World War I battlefields and memorials in Belgium and France

Commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I on a four-day mini-tour through northern France and southern Belgium offered by Insight Vacations.

Participants will travel from Paris to Belgium’s Flanders Fields and Ypres Salient, locations of some of the war’s biggest battles, and have an opportunity to hear the salute to the fallen at the Menin Gate Memorial in Ypres.

In France, stops on the itinerary include battlefields of the Somme, where soldiers fought for five months, and the Franco-British Memorial at Thiepval.

Dates: Departures April 29 through Oct. 14.

Price: From $1,256 per person, depending on departure date. Includes accommodations in Lille and Amiens; three buffet breakfasts, local experts and coach transportation. International airfare not included.
