Airfare: $979 round-trip fare from LAX to London on Air New Zealand
Here’s a fare to London that may put a smile on your face -- especially in light of summer fares that are hovering at the $1,500 range.
Air New Zealand is offering a $979 round trip from LAX, including all taxes and fees. It isn’t for prime summer travel; you’ll have to wait at least until Oct. 26, but it’s good until Dec. 15. It’s back again on Jan. 13, continuing through March 24.
Two caveats: You’ll need to buy your ticket by June 23, and it is subject to availability.
You must stay at least seven days but not more than 12 months.
