France: Sip a bit of the bubbly on a Champagne tour

Have some free time in France this summer? TourCrafters is offering a quick and easy three-day trip to see some of the great Champagne houses as well as Reims and its cathedral.
Highlights include a vineyard tour and visit to a winery, followed by a wine tasting and lunch in a restaurant. Also included is a guided tour of one of Reims’ most famous Champagne houses and a visit to its Cathedrale Notre-Dame, where, for centuries, the kings of France were crowned.
Participants are on their own the second day, with time to explore Reims and its Roman ruins, take a bus to Épernay and its Champagne houses, or hop on a bike for a private guided tour of vineyards and cellars.
Dates: Daily departures until Oct. 31.
Price: $489 per person, double occupancy. Includes transportation from Paris to Reims, two nights at the Holiday Inn Reims, daily breakfast and guided tours.
