Readers Recommend: Barcelona Cooking in Spain

This recently opened cooking school, on La Rambla near La Boqueria market in the heart of Barcelona, Spain, has a fresh and modern space in a charming old building. Chef Candido is a great teacher — the tour he led of the market introduced us to much more than just what we would be preparing afterward, which was a delicious, typical Catalan menu. Classes are small, so book early.
