Inspired by the marketplace shopping experiences of New York City and Costa Mesa, the MarketLV, located on the second floor of Tivoli Village in the suburb of Summerlin, showcases 20 locally owned Las Vegas businesses in a 23,000-square foot retail environment.

Unique, charming and unhurried in pace, MarketLV gives locals and visitors a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. One of the best ways to truly experience a travel destination is to experience it the way a resident does; and MarketLV provides that opportunity to the tourist who is willing to venture away from Las Vegas Boulevard.

Stores include Mugsy & Moxie’s Bully Couture, an all-breed dog boutique that specializes in apparel for bully breeds and regularly hosts canine mixers; and Ai Bijoux, which features high-quality women’s lingerie, such as sexy corsets and flirty bra sets.

Additionally, MarketLV has service-oriented businesses such as a body waxing salon, BOX Human Landscapers; ERA by Ciara full-service makeup boutique; and blow-dry bar, Blowout Dollhouse.

Fashion retailers include bridal store Mina Olive, and Best Kept Secret Boutique, which features a selection of affordable, vintage, edgy and fashion-forward clothes and accessories. Katie August Shoeware is filled with shoes and handbags and plays sister store to MarketLV dessert maker Cupcakes by Kate.

Other not-to-miss spots at MarketLV are B Sweet Boutique, MarkieChar Jewelry and View Wine Bar & Kitchen. Quickly gaining popularity, View is a farm-to-table dining concept serving small plates that support local farmers by using fresh seasonal ingredients.
