Prolific TV producer Jonathan Axelrod has listed his Sunset Strip-area home at $2,999,000.
Axelrod has had a hand in countless TV shows and was executive vice president of ABC and Columbia Pictures Television. His producing credits include “Dave’s World” (1993-97), “Sex, Love & Secrets” (2005) and “Brother’s Keeper” (1998).
The home he is selling, designed by his mother, Joan Axelrod, has four bedrooms and four bathrooms in 3,033 square feet. It’s fully loaded -- chock full of amenities, including a projection screen in the living room, surround sound and multimedia in every room, and a detached guesthouse with a full bathroom and views of the city. There is also a pool and spa.
Axelrod, a former president of New World Pictures, produced “Against the Wall” (1994), which was directed by the late John Frankenheimer. Axelrod also produced “Can’t Hurry Love” (1995).
