Debi Derryberry lists Toluca Lake home at $2.5 million

Jimmy Neutron may invent rocket ships and periodically save the world from impending doom, but will that be enough to sell a house in this market? The woman who voices the popular Nickelodeon cartoon character, Debi Derryberry, has listed her Toluca Lake home at $2.5 million.

There’s plenty of room for Jimmy and the gang. The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,378 square feet and there is a two-story guesthouse with three bedrooms and two baths. There is a solar-heated saltwater pool and a separate cabana with bath. The detached art studio, certainly suitable for rocket-ship construction, sits on the landscaped grounds.

The den has a beamed ceiling and a wet bar that dates back to the home’s origins in 1939. New central air and heat were recently installed.

Derryberry is a popular children’s entertainer and voice-over artist. Her film work includes voicing Jimmy Neutron in both the Academy Award-nominated “Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius” and on the TV series. She has also performed voice roles in “Ice Age: The Meltdown” and Disney’s “The Wild.” Her on-camera work includes “iCarly,” and “True Beauty.”
