It’s surgery. Knee surgery.

Daniel Craig has reportedly undergone knee surgery following an accident that occurred on the set of “Spectre”, the next James Bond installment.

The actor is said to have had a “minor procedure” on his knee in New York over Easter weekend, a spokeswoman for Eon Productions, the producers of “Spectre,” told BBC News.

“During a scheduled break, Daniel Craig had arthroscopic surgery to repair his knee injury. He will rejoin production on April 22 at Pinewood [Studios, west of London],” the spokeswoman said, dismissing rumors that the lead actor had missed several days of filming.

The procedure is not expected to delay the film’s timeline, Deadline reported. A Mirror report said Craig was “crocked” -- in British slang, that means injured, not drunk -- while filming action scenes in the Austrian Alps.

Craig’s rep did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The 47-year-old had been dinged up previously while filming 007’s latest enterprise, hitting his head in Rome after his splashy new Aston Martin DB10 tangled with a cobblestone back in February.

The British star was said to have been seen by an on-set medic, and the injury wasn’t considered serious.

“Spectre,” the 24th outing of the super-spy franchise, began production in December and is slated to hit theaters Nov. 6. The film is being directed by “Skyfall’s” Sam Mendes and also stars Dave Bautista, Ralph Fiennes, Christoph Waltz, Monica Bellucci and Stephanie Sigman as the latest Bond girl.

In addition to Pinewood Studios and Rome, the globe-trotting production has shot scenes in London, Mexico City, Tangier and the Austrian Alps.
