Ah, geez, get that snow gear cleaned. “Fargo” the series is returning.

The acclaimed TV reboot of the acclaimed Oscar-winning Coen brothers film will come back for a second 10-episode installment.

Series creator Noah Hawley is working on an all-new “true crime” story that will feature an all-new cast of characters, a new time period and a new case that will retain the “Minnesota nice” murder and mayhem flavor of the first season.

“We could not be more proud of ‘Fargo,’” said John Landgraf, CEO of FX Networks and FX Productions. “Noah’s audacious, bordering on hubristic riff on my favorite Coen brothers film earned 18 Emmy nominations--the most for a single program in our history. ‘Fargo’ was nothing short of breathtaking and we look forward to the next installment.”

Among those nominated for Emmys were lead actors Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman, and supporting actress Alison Tolman. The series was nominated for outstanding miniseries.
