Just how does a young woman survive the jungle that is Hollywood? Patridge, 22, doesn’t pretend to have all the answers, but she’s managed quite nicely for three seasons as one of the frenemies on MTV’s reality series “The Hills.” She has some definite ideas on how to fill a weekend too.

GLOBE-TROTTING Friday night dinner? I’ll start by calling friends and going to dinner at Mexicali in Studio City. It’s a cute little place, and after some chips, salsa and margaritas, I’m ready for the cheese enchilada/taco plate. After that, I like hitting this Gothic-Moroccan-style dive bar in Silver Lake called 4100. Cool place, nice booths. I didn’t think anybody knew about it, but I went there a couple of weeks ago and Drew Barrymore was there.

HOT OFF THE GRIDDLE On Saturday, I’ll go to the Griddle Cafe for breakfast. The best blueberry pancakes, and they’re the biggest you’ll ever see. After that, since we just moved into a new house, I’ve been doing a lot of shopping at the Pottery Barn in Beverly Hills.

STYLE MAVEN I always end up at vintage clothing stores. Pop Killer has cute T-shirts and boots, and Wasteland has everything -- it’s huge. For more upscale designer stuff, I’ll go to Bleu on La Brea. After all that shopping I’ll stop off at Dr. Tea’s (it used to be called Elixir) on Melrose, and they have healthy organic food and hundreds of elixirs and teas.

ROCK OUT At night I’ll get dressed up and go out for Thai food at Toi. It’s decorated very rock ‘n’ roll inside with all these posters on the wall, and they play AC/DC and old-school metal bands. Then we’ll finish off with a show at the Viper Room or the Roxy.

SLEEPOVER On Sunday, all my girlfriends will have spent the night, so after we’re finally up, we’ll go to brunch at Home in Los Feliz. I like sitting outside and having a Bloody Mary.

STOP TO SHOP We’ll go to the flea market on the corner of Fairfax and Melrose, where they have vintage jewelry and really cool things to decorate your place, things that you’ll never see anywhere else.

GIRL POWER Later, after an early dinner on the beach at Paradise Cove in Malibu, we’ll go to the Silent Movie Theatre in the Fairfax district. The night’s theme is: “You Hit Like a Girl -- The Ladies of Kung-Fu,” and it’s hysterical.
