These statewide propositions will appear on the November ballot, in this order:
Proposition 30: Sales and income tax increase (backed by Gov. Jerry Brown)
Proposition 31: State budget process
Proposition 32: Use of union dues for politics
Proposition 33: Auto insurance rates
Proposition 34: Death penalty repeal
Proposition 35: Human trafficking penalties
Proposition 36: “Three-strikes” law revision
Proposition 37: Genetically engineered food
Proposition 38: Income tax increase (Molly Munger’s measure)
Proposition 39: Business taxes
Proposition 40: Referendum on state Senate districts
