The Times’ All-Star high school baseball team

P: Luke Eubank, Newbury Park, Sr. The right-hander threw three no-hitters, had six shutouts and went 11-0 with a 1.01 ERA for the Southern Section Division 1 champions. He signed with Cal State Los Angeles.

P: Chris Castellanos, Long Beach Poly, Jr. Beating pro draft picks Shane Watson and Chase DeJong in consecutive starts was a memorable milestone for Castellanos, a left-hander who was 8-2 with an 0.92 ERA and threw a perfect game against Long Beach Wilson.

UT: Justin Garza, La Verne Bonita, Sr. Bound for Cal State Fullerton, he was 12-1 with an 0.72 ERA and 25-1 over two seasons. He batted .391 for the Southern Section Division 3 champions.

C:R.J. Ybarra, Riverside Poly, Sr. The Arizona State signee has been known for his strong bat. He hit .494 with six home runs and 38 hits. He showed excellent improvement in his catching skills over his junior season.

INF: Tim Lopes, Huntington Beach Edison, Sr. The UC Irvine signee batted .402 with five home runs and eight stolen bases in helping the Chargers earn a Southern Section Division 1 playoff berth. He was a sixth-round draft pick.

INF: Trent Chatterton, Garden Grove Pacifica, Sr. The UCLA-bound shortstop was known for his dazzling glove and also hit .367, including the game-winning hit in the 10th inning of the Division 2 championship game at Dodger Stadium.

INF: Cody Nulph, Orange Lutheran, Sr. The Pepperdine-bound shortstop was the Trinity League co-MVP. He hit .358, was sure handed in the field and also had seven saves as a closer.

INF: Daniel Robertson, Upland, Sr. Drafted No. 34 overall by the Phillies, Robertson batted .560 with 42 hits and six home runs.

OF: Ty Moore, Mater Dei, Sr. A standout since his sophomore year, the UCLA-bound Moore had his best season yet, going 12-1 on the mound and batting .406 for the Division 1 semifinalists.

OF: Chris Nicholson, El Camino Real, Sr. The City Section player of the year had 19 doubles and topped off his prep career with three hits in helping the Conquistadores defeat Chatsworth, 5-4, in nine innings at Dodger Stadium.

OF: Aaron Porter, La Habra, Sr. Known more for his ability as a standout linebacker in football, Porter batted .489 with eight home runs and 34 RBIs. He helped La Habra win its first league title since 2004.
