Frugal Fashion: Rachel Zoe takes her ‘70s vibe to the Hamptons

Rachel Zoe seems to don a different career hat for each day of the week -- Philip Treacy designs or vintage turbans, of course. She’s taking the fashion world by storm with her new clothing line and her show ‘The Rachel Zoe Project,’ premieres its fourth season Sept. 6 on Bravo.
The stylist-turned-designer made a recent New York appearance at the 14th annual Super Saturday shopping event to benefit the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, hosted by Emma Roberts, Kelly Ripa, Donna Karan and InStyle at Nova’s Ark Project. Zoe took her signature ‘70s vibe and made it Hamptons chic, looking Mah-jor (for those familiar with Zoeisms) in an elegant white lacy kaftan-style maxi dress, a long beaded tassel necklace and oversized rectangular pink tinted glasses.
