After already providing 100% flawless Golden Globe predictions covering the film races (wink), I’ll tackle the TV races next – with perfect foresight too, of course. (If only the Globes included a category for best haughty performance by an arrogant pundit, I’d win hands down, don’t you agree?)

X = Winner forecasted

TV DRAMA
‘Boardwalk Empire’
‘Dexter’
‘The Good Wife’
X - ‘Mad Men’
‘The Walking Dead’

PREDICTION: No TV show has won for series, drama or comedy four times, but I think ‘Mad Men’ will make Globe history because it’s better than ever.

TV COMEDY/MUSICAL SERIES
‘30 Rock’
‘The Big Bang Theory’
‘The Big C’
X - ‘Glee’
‘Modern Family’
‘Nurse Jackie’

PREDICTION: Voters will be tempted to jump on the ‘Modern Family’ bandwagon that took off at the Emmys, but I think they’ll remain faithful to last year’s champ because they really, really love musicals, especially when packed with sexy, adorable stars.

TV DRAMA ACTOR
X - Steve Buscemi, ‘Boardwalk Empire’
Bryan Cranston, ‘Breaking Bad’
Michael C. Hall, ‘Dexter’
Jon Hamm, ‘Mad Men’
Hugh Laurie, ‘House’

PREDICTION: Finally, after Brian Cranston won three Emmys in a row, Globers nominated him, but I don’t think he’ll win, because voters probably aren’t watching ‘Breaking Bad.’ (If so, they surely would’ve given him at least one Globe in the past.) Betting on Buscemi because he’s a Hollywood hipster appearing in a hot new HBO series.

TV DRAMA ACTRESS
X - Julianna Margulies, ‘The Good Wife’
Elisabeth Moss, ‘Mad Men’
Piper Perabo, ‘Covert Affairs’
Katy Sagal, ‘Sons of Anarchy’
Kyra Sedgwick, ‘The Closer’

PREDICTION: Margulies has been on an awards romp that will probably continue.

TV COMEDY/MUSICAL ACTOR
Alec Baldwin, ’30 Rock’
Steve Carell, ‘The Office’
Thomas Jayne, ‘Hung’
Matthew Morrison, ‘Glee’
X - Jim Parsons, ‘The Big Bang Theory’

PREDICTION: Parsons is the cool TV guy in Hollywood these days, so I think he’ll win, but I hope Globers remember that Carell is quitting ‘The Office.’ Wouldn’t it be a hoot to see him claim a Globe from the man who created the original British version of ‘The Office’ (which won best comedy series in 2003) – Globe ceremony host Ricky Gervais?

TV COMEDY/MUSICAL ACTRESS
Toni Collette, ‘United States of Tara’
Edie Falco, ‘Nurse Jackie’
Tina Fey, ’30 Rock’
X - Laura Linney, ‘The Big C’
Lea Michele, ‘Glee’

PREDICTION: Collette pulled off an upset over her Showtime costar Falco last year. Now I guess the Globe will go to latest Showtime star, Linney.

TV MOVIE/MINISERIES
‘Carlos’
X - ‘The Pacific’
‘Pillars of the Earth’
‘Temple Grandin’
‘You Don’t Know Jack’

PREDICTION: Based on the size, scope and cost of production, ‘The Pacific’ will probably take this, but watch out for a possible upset by ‘Carlos,’ a critics’ darling that was a breakout hit at Cannes.

TV MOVIE/MINISERIES ACTOR
Idris Elba, ‘Luther’
Ian McShane, ‘Pillars of the Earth’
X - Al Pacino, ‘You Don’t Know Jack’
Dennis Quaid, ‘The Special Relationship’
Edgar Ramirez, ‘Carlos’

PREDICTION: Because the Globes usually go for glitz and star power, Pacino is probably a good bet, but not a safe one. ‘Carlos’ terrorist Ramirez could take him down.

TV MOVIE/MINISERIES ACTRESS
Hayley Atwell, ‘Pillars of the Earth’
X - Claire Danes, ‘Temple Grandin’
Judi Dench, ‘Return to Cranford’
Romola Garai, ‘Emma’
Jennifer Love Hewitt, ‘The Client List’

PREDICTION: Voters won’t be able to resist embracing Danes in the poignant heart-tugger about autism.

TV SUPPORTING ACTOR
Scott Caan, ‘Hawaii Five-0’
X - Chris Colfer, ‘Glee’
Chris Noth, ‘The Good Wife’
Eric Stonestreet, ‘Modern Family’
David Strathairn, ‘Temple Grandin’

PREDICTION: My guess is that Colfer and Stonestreet are the front-runners. I’ll bet on Colfer because Globers love ‘Glee.’

TV SUPPORTING ACTRESS
Hope Davis, ‘The Special Relationship’
X - Jane Lynch, ‘Glee’
Kelly Macdonald, ‘Boardwalk Empire’
Julia Stiles, ‘Dexter’
Sofia Vergara, ‘Modern Family’

PREDICTION: Lynch is the superstar here. She’s got it.
