Good morning. Harmless Monday Morning Amusement: This page on Redfin lists the five most expensive properties for sale in Southern California, and the five cheapest.
Spendiest: The Fleur De Lys in Holmby Hills (pictured at left), which humbly refers to itself as ‘The Finest Estate in America.’ $125 million for 12 bedrooms on five acres, or a little more than $10 million per bedroom.
Cheapest: A tidy 2-bedroom, 2-bath with brand new carpets in a gated 55-plus community in Sun City out in Riverside County: $107,500.
