Did John McCain really point to Sen. Barack Obama during the debate and call him ‘That one’?

Phew! It’s starting to look like Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin don’t just disagree with Obama’s politics, they really loathe the man. I mean, that man. There’s personal antagonism there. A Palin fan at a rally hurled racial slurs at black members of the media the other day, and the Secret Service is investigating allegations that a supporter called out ‘Kill him!’ while Palin was speaking about the Obama-Ayers issue.

In response, to the ugliness and perceived threat to the Illinois senator, the McCain/Palin camp issued a strong condemnation that said... Oh right, they didn’t.

Well, at least McCain controlled himself enough to keep from saying what he really meant: ‘That one.’
