Gossip Girl: Blair (Leighton Meester) tries to impress the snobbish NYU theater students with a private Lady Gaga (herself) concert (9 p.m. KTLA).

WWII in HD: The documentary series continues with a look at a U.S. Marines assault on Japanese-held Tarawa in the Pacific (9 p.m. History). A second new episode recalls the D-Day invasion of Normandy. Gary Sinise narrates (10 p.m).

Jon & Kate Plus 8: Kate enrolls the children in gymnastics and Jon takes the kids to a baseball game (9 p.m. TLC). In a second new episode Kate shares footage from the cutting room floor (9:30 p.m.).

CSI: Miami: Laker Pau Gasol guest stars as a ‘person of interest’ in Horatio’s (David Caruso) investigation into a horrific automobile accident (10 p.m. CBS).

Million Dollar Listing: Josh hopes to move a less-than-ideal home in the Hollywood Hills by emphasizing its spectacular views in this new episode (10 p.m. Bravo).

Chef Academy: London-based Chef Jean Christophe Novelli opens a test program for a top-notch culinary institute in Los Angeles, choosing nine students based on interviews -- and their ability to prepare an egg in a beat-up frying pan in this new, unscripted series (11 p.m. Bravo).

Wright Out of Bounds: In the premiere of this new travel series, Ian Wright visits Damascus, Syria, during the month of Ramadan (11 p.m. Travel).

Expedition Great White: Off the coast of Baja California, a team of expert anglers and scientists work to land a great white shark, so they can tag it with a transmitter, collect data and get DNA samples (6 and 9 p.m. National Geographic).
