All Angels fans need to know about the Red Sox

Josh Beckett carried the Boston Red Sox through the playoffs last season, all the way to the World Series championship, but they’re worried now because of an injury that will keep him out of the series against the Angels until at least Game 3.

The Game 1 starter will be Jon Lester.

But Boston Globe columnist Bob Ryan tells Red Sox Nation to relax. He says all the pressure is on the Angels.

With the number of stops he’s made, Mark Kotsay is definitely a journeyman. But Red Sox are counting on him.
