Kings’ Erik Ersberg to start in goal against Ducks

The Kings will start Erik Ersberg in goal against the Ducks on Tuesday night in place of No. 1 goaltender Jason LaBarbera.
It will be Ersberg’s first start of the year, although he has played in two games in relief of LaBarbera.
‘I’ve been trying to to stay ready,’ Ersberg said today. ‘I think playing those two games has helped, even though I didn’t see very many shots. I was able to be on the ice in a competitive situation.’
