Lakers don’t raise ticket prices

With the country in a recession, the Lakers announced today that they would not raise their ticket prices for the 2009-10 season.

Jeanie Buss, the team’s executive vice president of business operations, said that increasing ticket prices would add to the financial burden that mosts families and individuals are now facing.

The tickets for all Lakers games will stay at $90, $115, $155, $220 and $260 for lower bowel seats and $10, $35 and $45 for upper bowl seats.

Court-side seats at Lakers game are priced at $2,600 per game per ticket and they also will not be increased.
