Kimbo Slice is making his UFC debut before a paying crowd tonight, but the first round was so dull someone remarked, ‘Good thing this wasn’t a pay-per-view.’

Slice and opponent Houston Alexander spent the first three minutes of the first round waltzing around the octagon. Slice paid no mind to a couple left kicks by Alexander and charged in to land two good rights. Slice also landed a scoring jab.

The second round was far more exciting, with Slice rocking Alexander early with a left hand, then taking Alexander down on three more occasions to inflict a steady diet of punches and elbows.

Midway through the third, Alexander dropped Slice, but the Internet sensation recovered, mounting Alexander until the final minute -- a slow standup affair that included more scoring blows by Slice but a nice right by Alexander near the end that backed up Slice.

Slice wins a unanimous decision, 30-27, 29-28 and 29-28.
