Tebow Time is over.

The magical ride of the popular, charismatic quarterback ended with a 45-10 loss to New England Saturday night as Patriots quarterback Tom Brady threw for a record six touchdowns.

In the final three minutes, Brady punted inside Denver’s 20-yard line from the shotgun formation, a play marked by a cheap shot hit by Denver linebacker Von Miller on a New England lineman, which ignited a brief skirmish near the New England bench.

The victory was the 15th postseason triumph for Brady and Coach Bill Belichick, surpassing the record by Pittsburgh’s Coach Chuck Noll and quarterback Terry Bradshaw.

New England, seeking a fifth trip to the Super Bowl under the Brady and Belichick leadership, will play the winner of Sunday’s Houston vs. Baltimore game in next week;s AFC Championship game.

The Times will have full game coverage from New England later tonight at latimes.com/sports.
