David De Leon, 19, a young Latino, was shot several times at Lake Street and Beverly Boulevard in Westlake Friday, Aug. 8. The L.A. County Coroner’s office listed De Leon’s time of death as 4:02 a.m. The homicide was reported by the coroner’s office.
