Adams-Normandie: Gasper Plummer, 24

Gasper Plummer Jr., a 24-year-old black man, was shot and died on June 9 in the 1900 block of West 25th Street in Adams-Normandie, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.

An unidentified shooter shot Plummer in the head about 9:30 p.m. zxhe was standing in the street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. He died at the scene.

Police said they did not know if the suspect fled the scene on foot or in a car, and they did not have a description of the suspect. An unidentified person called 911 after hearing the gunshot.
