I love the smell of artificial turf in the afternoon. OK, sorry about the ripoff from Apocalypse Now, but I’m truly excited to be here at my former alma mater College of the Canyons covering the Hart-Moorpark game.

This so-called revenge game will be a good barometer for both teams as their coaches try to figure out how far their teams have progressed.

Anyway, stay glued to your computer screen. I’ll do my best to keep you caught up on all the action tonight (technology permitting). Kickoff is a little more than an hour away.
