The Delano

Apparently, Delano Howell is an entity if you believe what you read on the numerous red banners adorning the stands. One banner blurts out, ‘Get ready for the Delano.’ Another reads, ‘Ain’t no party like an Indian party.’

I’ve never been to an Indian party before tonight, but apparently it involves barechested teenage boys painted black with red lettering on both sides of their torsos. It’s a little peculiar, but the crowd seemed to like it.

Or maybe the home crowd was cheering because Hart took a 28-0 lead early in the fourth quarter thanks to TD catches by Brian Felt and Demitri Diamond. Yeah, that’s probably why everyone is cheering so much.
